Welder continuity log software
Stop tracking welder continuity in a spreadsheet someone has to remember to update. Log the weld, and the continuity record, the dates, and the expiration warnings take care of themselves.

Continuity that maintains itself
Every logged weld extends the welder's continuity automatically, per process. The log always reflects what actually happened in the shop, and there is no month-end scramble to reconstruct who welded what.
- Continuity tracked per welder, per process
- Built automatically from the welds you log
- Full history preserved for every welder on the roster
Warned before it lapses, not after
Expiration notifications go out by email while there is still time to put the welder on a qualifying job. A lapsed qualification means requalification cost and schedule risk; a warning email costs nothing.
- Email alerts ahead of every expiration
- Dashboard view of who is current and who is at risk
- WQTR records linked to each welder
Common questions
Anything not covered here, ask directly. You'll be talking to a CWI software specialist, not a sales rep.
What counts as maintaining welder continuity?
Under the major codes, a welder stays qualified by welding with the process within a set interval (six months under AWS D1.1 and ASME Section IX). The log records qualifying welds as they happen, so the interval math is never done by hand.
Can I bring in my existing welder records?
Yes. Existing qualifications and WQTRs are entered once and the log carries them forward. Scanned originals can be stored alongside in the file cabinet.
Which plan includes continuity notifications?
Continuity logs are included on the Business plan and above. Expiration notifications are part of the Corporate plan and above.
Never lose a qualification to a missed date again
Continuity logs start on the Business plan at $160 a month. Expiration notifications come with Corporate.
